In U.C. 0093, after the second Neo Zeon War, a group of Neo Zeon's army left the Earth Sphere for Jupiter, where they started to commit act of piracy against the Earth Federation 's supply route under the name of " Jupiter Pirates ". In order to fight them, the Earth Federation Forces deployed the RX-183 Sigma Gundam in the Jupiter Sphere.
